Just a stone’s throw from the historic center of Amboise and conveniently close to the station, our 2-storey, 146 m² house is ideal for family breaks or gatherings with friends. Nestled in a quiet area, it provides easy access to the stunning Châteaux of the Loire. The description of Clos Allegria highlights its elegant and relaxing ambiance, with comfortable rooms and picturesque gardens.
Upon arrival, enjoy 2 fenced parking spaces and a charming hydrangea border, ensuring an unforgettable stay from the moment you open the gate.
The ground floor
As soon as you arrive, you’ll be seduced by the brightness of the south-facing ground floor with its 4 windows.
An entrance hall gives access to a tastefully decorated 50m2 room.
You can enjoy our lounge area, which includes a large, comfortable sofa, two redesigned Louis XIII-style armchairs, small coffee tables and a small flat-screen TV. For the enjoyment of young and old alike, a table football table is available. A space dedicated to convivial moments with family and friends.
A dining room is at your disposal. Here you can entertain up to 8 people and enjoy sharing our Touraine specialities with them!
A beautiful open-plan kitchen gives you direct access to the terrace and its dining area. Its large work surface will allow you to prepare delicious meals!
Fully equipped and ultra-modern, it includes plenty of storage space, hotplates, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Kitchen utensils will be provided for the 1st night only and include: bin liners, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of washing-up liquid and a kitchen towel (cooking utensils: salt, pepper, oil, etc. will not be provided).
The “night” area on the 1st floor
The sleeping area is accessed by a modern wood and wrought iron staircase.
The first bedroom offers a view of the Château d’Amboise. Bathed in light, you’ll be able to enjoy the mildness of the Touraine countryside. It has a double bed (140cm×190cm), a chest of drawers and a desk. Ideal for working on your files.
The second bedroom has a double bed (160cm×200cm) and a large wardrobe. Perfect for putting your suitcases down!
The third bedroom is great for your little ones! Very functional, with its bunk bed and 3 single beds (90cm×200cm), your children will be delighted with their ‘pyjama nights’! An umbrella bed is also available.
Bathrooms and toilets
On the ground floor, there is a shower room with toilet and heated towel rail.
On the 1st floor, an ultra-modern bathroom completes this level. It includes a bath/shower, large vanity unit with mirror, toilet and heated towel rail.
There is a large bath towel (150 x 100) per person, a bath mat for each bathroom and a tea towel for the kitchen.
For the bathrooms, you will also have a shower kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.
The terrace and garden
The 2000m2 garden is accessed via a large terrace with a dining area and garden furniture.
Deckchairs and a barbecue are also available.
