A chocolate workshop is an interactive group experience, perfect to share with friends or family. Just like a cooking or baking class, but focused entirely on chocolate, this workshop invites you to discover a delicious and creative world. Under the guidance of an expert chocolatier, you’ll learn how to work with chocolate, mastering essential techniques such as tempering, molding, and decorating.
Then, together, you’ll create your own treats, such as chocolate bars and mendiants, while exploring the origins of cocoa and its benefits.
